How we start our business
In 1996, a chance meeting with a German-American founder of a Small to Medium-sized company that manufactures ultrasonic cleaning equipment during an exhibition in the USA opened up opportunities for these products and their market in Singapore, which was dominated by foreign companies. Additionally, the technologies involved overlap with ALSTRON’s core products and engineering knowledge.

What We Do
ALSTRON’s strategy is not to be just a hardware equipment maker. We emphasise our deep understanding of the ultrasonic cleaning process and the technologies related to product size, mass density, surface condition, and other factors. This knowledge helps us select the appropriate ultrasonic frequency and power, cleaning medium, temperature, and timing for optimal cleaning results; we term our strategy as the "Art of Ultrasonic Cleaning Process and Technologies" for the market and our clients.

We emphasize both pre-sales consultation and after-sales service support, offering a 2-year product warranty under the terms and conditions to foster long-term relationships with our clients.
